Andover Museum Andover Museum is in the town centre, in Church Close. It opened in 1981 as a museum to tell the story of Andover, the Weyhill Fair and Taskers Brothers (famous for steam tractors). The 1880 extension to the house is used for the Museum of the Iron Age. Built as a Georgian townhouse, parts of the building date from 1742 and it retains a fine staircase and wooden panelling. Admission is free. Opening hours 10am to 4pm Wed to Sun (closed Mon/Tue).
