These pages provide extremely useful information for both before you travel and for during your time inMallorca... including a handy A to Z guide. You should alsomake sure you have fully understood our terms and conditions whichmake up your contract with Sealand Villas. A copy of thesewill be sent with your holiday invoice but you can also find themwithin the ‘holiday information’ section of the Sealand Villas website.

Once youhave checked the availabilityof a villawewill happilyholdaprovisional booking for48hourswhileyou discuss thedetailswiththeothermembersof yourparty. If you thenwant to proceed youwill be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 25%of the total property rental price. If your booking is within 10 weeks of your departure then youwill be required to pay the full amount. Note: £5 per personwill be charged as a non- refundable breakages charge in addition to a £200 deposit which is refundable if the villa is left in the perfect state it was found in. The balance payment for your holiday is due 10 weeks prior to your departure date . Failure tomake this payment will see the booking cancelled. Your travel documentationwill be sent to you approximately 14 days before your departure date. You should read these carefully and let us know if you have any questions.
