Sustainable construction is not just a trend , it’s a necessity .

Picture a world where the buzzword ‘sustainability’ isn’t just a passing trend but a necessity, sustainable construction emerges as the hero we all need. It’s not just about following the latest fad, it’s about future proofing our planet and ensuring our homes stand the test of time. Think of it as the architectural equivalent of a superhero cape, swooping in to save the day (and the environment) one eco panel at a time. Our new sustainably built homes are modern marvels, seamlessly integrating environmental design standards into their very foundation. These homes prioritise eco-conscious features. It’s not just about trendiness, it’s about responsible living and ensuring a brighter, greener future for generations to come.

Our environmental design standards are guided by the principles of the energy hierarchy as outlined in green below. What’s the payoff? Homes that boast nearly zero running costs while embodying the pinnacle of environmental sustainability in their construction, daily operation, and long-term maintenance. We are accelerating our net zero journey and creating homes that have a positive impact on our climate, environment and society. Using sustainable design we are seeking to create healthy, safe and comfortable spaces for people to live.

Energy Hierarchy

BE CLEAN: No Optimising energy supply & consumption for efficiency. No waste .

BE LEAN: Homes using less energy through clever passive design measures.

BE GREEN: Harnessing renewable energy sources reducing carbon emissions .

Sustainable living alongside sustainable construction isn’t a necessity , but we’re making it a trend .

Imagine a world where sustainable construction isn’t just about erecting buildings, it’s about creating havens where humans and nature can cosy up. Tucked amidst our net zero eco homes are serene spots with wildlife habitats bustling with bees and butterflies, a place to truly reconnect with nature. Wander further on our sites and you will stumble upon allocated areas with fruit and vegetable patches bursting with flavours and colours to feed a family of four throughout the year. These areas are a testament to the importance of sustainable living. It’s a harmonious blend of responsible residential development and respect for the natural world.

It’s not just about sustainable living but creating vibrant ecosystems. It’s our conscious effort to contribute to a more biodiverse and sustainable planet. We are cultivating a lifestyle that nurtures both people and planet and have partnered up with industry leaders who share our vision to ensure maximum results are achieved on each of our sites.

We’re sowing the seeds for a more sustainable tomorrow – one radish at a time!

Our pledge to a greener future

Sustainable residential construction.

Sustainable living.

Buildings are currently responsible for 39% of global energy related carbon emissions. 28% from operational emissions required for energy needed to heat, cool and power them. The remaining 11% from materials and construction. We pledge to prioritise energy based techniques on all our building projects to reduce the need for fossil fuels and lessen the strain that is placed on the planet. Our environmentally conscious decisions will not only raise awareness but have positive impacts on the environment around us.

We pledge to provide each property an allocated on site fully operational allotment patch with options for new homeowners to be trained to manage themselves or be maintained by our partnered professionals to deliver ‘home grown’ produce throughout the year.

Biodiversity.

We pledge to incorporate wildlife habitats to enhance biodiversity and act as wellbeing areas on each future residential development. These will be carefully positioned to maximise eco gains and to provide places of tranquillity.
