The remaining 11% from materials and construction. We pledge to prioritise energy based techniques on all our building projects to reduce the need for fossil fuels and lessen the strain that is placed on the planet. We pledge to provide each property an allocated on site fully operational allotment patch with options for new homeowners to be trained to manage themselves or be maintained by our partnered professionals to deliver ‘home grown’ produce throughout the year.

How do Q Property Investments operate? Q Property Group have built the group and operate with trust, determination and dedication. We approach every individual in a partnership way for longevity and sustainability. Why Invest in Q Property Investments? We care about all our Investors and feel a responsibility to ensure success through trusting and valuing what we will deliver. Old school communication is our policy. We want you to feel no stress or worry. You will not be left in the dark and will be able to talk directly to us at any time. Who can Invest in Q Property Group? You must be 18 or over, or an eligible trust, company or charity. All individual investors must fall within one of the following categories:
• Certified high net worth investors • Certified sophisticated investors; or self-certified sophisticated investors; • Have experience and knowledge so we can assess suitability
Can I Invest through a company? Yes, corporate investments are certainly welcome, so long as applicants meet the criteria stated above.
Are joint applications allowed? Yes, so long as applicants meet the criteria stated above. Please note that there may be tax implications in regard to joint applications, and we would suggest you contact your Tax Adviser before entering any investment. When is the start date of the interest calculated from? This begins the date funds are cleared and made available to the Company and all client identification documentation has been received. This date will be confirmed directly with you. Should I discuss this investment with a Financial Advisor? We would recommend all Investors speak to an advisor who is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and specialises in investments of this kind.
What is the minimum term? Investments are based on a fixed three year term.
Can I invest as a non-UK resident? Yes, providing you abide by all UK tax laws.

You will receive quarterly updates on projects and our movements in the industry such as press releases and media representation along with details on how your money is working and any new further opportunities. We see any investor in our business as part of our Q community and will be treated the very same way. What happens if I change my mind? You may cancel your application, in writing to info@qpropertygroup.co.uk at any time within 5 days from the date on which your application is received. Be confident that your investment is secure All investments with Q Property Investments are secure. All investments are secured in the assets owned by the Q Property Group and come with a corporate guarantee.
