What we can offer?

CEREMONY AND CELEBRATIONS Our venue has been granted a license to hold civil ceremonies across our function rooms. If you choose to get married elsewhere, you can still hold your celebrations here. BEAUTIFUL LOCATION The Birdham has numerous beautiful photo opportunities. With a grand staircase, beautiful fireplaces and many naturally lit areas, there are many locations for you to get your ideal wedding shots. We are also a short journey from the beach, where newly married couples choose to have photos. DELICIOUS FOOD Our talented chefs can create an incredible wedding breakfast for you and are happy to tailor your dishes to suit your needs. BRIDAL SUITE We will offer you a complimentary stay in our Bridal Suite to get ready in and to stay on the night of your wedding. ACCOMMODATE YOUR GUESTS Your guests can stay with us too! We have fourteen beautiful rooms, consisting of singles, twins, deluxe doubles and family rooms. VERSATILITY Each of our naturally lit function rooms are licensed to hold your ceremony. These rooms can be divided, opened up to the patio and set out in many ways depending on what you want!

Hire Rates

High Season: Ceremony and Wedding Celebration £1995.00 Ceremony only: £895.00

Low Season: Ceremony and Wedding Celebration £1495.00 Ceremony only: £795.00

We offer packages as well as bespoke weddings at The Birdham, please speak to your wedding co-ordinator who will be able to advise you on suitable packages for your day.

These charges are payable at the time of signing your wedding agreement and these act as your non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. High season is defined as the period from 1st April - 30th September. Low season is defined as the period outside of this. There may also be other date restrictions, such as bank holidays and national celebrations; this can be discussed with our wedding team.

Ceremony

Whether you're getting married or renewing your vows, The Birdham is licensed to hold your ceremony. If you are looking for the convenience and ease of holding your entire day in one location, we can provide this package. We can also provide guestrooms for you and your family and friends. You will need to contact the Isle of Wight registration services (01983 823233) to book the registrars to conduct your ceremony.

Wedding Breakfast & Drinks We have a hugely talented team of chefs, with a wealth of experience and knowledge between them. Our chefs have come from some of the finest hotels around the Island and beyond - and we guarantee an impressive, varied menu for each season! With a fully stocked bar and access to premium wines and spirits, The Birdham can provide a huge variety of drinks for your wedding, from classic sparkling wines for your toasting drinks to exciting bespoke cocktails.

After the more formal parts of your wedding come to a close, it's time for your evening celebrations! In addition to your day guests, we are able to accommodate an extra 90 guests for your evening do. You will have a private bar, plenty of room for a live music band and space to set up a dancefloor. Buffets Our buffet menus allow a range of options at a variety of price points. We can also tailor your buffet to suit you! Whether you have always dreamt of a cream tea theme or want something special off the BBQ we are here to provide!

Accommodation

Included in your hire fee, is one night's stay in our Bridal Suite on the night of you wedding. We also have an abundance of guestrooms in many different configurations, perfect for hosting your family and friends. Breakfast is included in all our room rates, which means you can continue the festivities the morning after with a celebratory breakfast with all your guests.
